Great customer service. Our cargo box came in right about when they said it would and they installed it very quickly at our appointment. We had an issue with our sunroof not clearing the cargo box clamps. The manager, Alex, offered a few suggestions that might clear the clamps. We appreciate the phone call and the time he took looking at our vehicle. He also said they would let us return everything without an installation fee or a restocking fee. It was nice to have some options for our situation. Alex also said he'd be talking with his crew to make sure they let other customers know this could be a problem if they have a panoramic sunroof.

Great Selection and Great Service. I viewed their inventory online prior to driving there. Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly and had all of my questions answered. I was invited to call for assistance if I had any questions or challenges during install. My new Cargo Carrier and locks were even loaded into the back of my SUV. I could not have asked for more.

Works as advertised! Good online reviews about Rocky Mounts products. It checked all the boxes better price point than high cost Thule. Don’t feel I compromised at all after test run yesterday to Mount Hood area, traveling interstate equipment worked flawlessly. Looks good too on new Toyota SUV! You try to save a few bucks online but I come back to reputation and service at Rack Attack.
