An absolutely fantastic experience. Luke was wonderful to work with, responsive, understanding, and was able to provide the level of detail I was looking for. He did an excellent job adapting to my never-ending list of requests and orchestrated the car getting to Matrix Integrated for a PPI in a very timely manner. Jack did exactly everything he said he would. The deal process was fair enough for me and Jack made me feel like I was getting a win on the car and on the additional product I purchased. The car was ready and waiting for me at the lower level exit, prepped in the center of the launch ramp in immaculate condition. The showrooms themselves are worth a visit for no other reason than to admire the beauty of the vehicles. Rare Porsches, rare Ferraris, immaculate Land Rovers, and a few other prime examples are wonderfully displayed in a manner that says "importance" but also that reminds buyers that these vehicles are well within the domain of the dealership. My wife and I spent just under an hour in the dealership total. Luke and Jack prepared everything to be ready and waiting when we arrived as I had requested. The signing, the delivery, and the sendoff were wonderfully prepared. Overall, the experience was flawless from start to finish. Bravo, Grand Prix Team. I plan on being back.

The whole team was great to work with. Daniel & Jack made sure I was able to get my car shipped to me in a timely manner. I purchased the car without inspecting it myself; however, there were a few minor issues found but Grand Prix Motors went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved. I will definitely be buying another vehicle from them.

One of the cleanest and quickest car purchases I've done. The car I bought from out of state is exactly as described. Edit: Some post-purchase and trade stuff has come up that has caused me to lower my score. The team let me know that I should receive my license plates around the date that the temporary Orgeon license expired, but they're now 8 days late. I should be receiving them today, but forcing my car to be a $200,000 paperweight because they didn't have their stuff together is beyond frustrating. I had to reach out to Grand Prix to get any information about this - they didn't contact me once they knew the plates would be late. My trade in car, whose balance was supposed to be paid of within 10 days, has not been paid off a full month later. Now they're assessing late fees, which will probably hurt my credit. Nobody from Grand Prix motors contacted me to let me know there was an issue paying my traded car off. Edit 2: This issue appears to lie with Porsche Financial, not Grand Prix. They're going out of their way to get it solved quickly, and offered something nice for my trouble. I can reiterate that the actual purchase itself was smooth and quick, but these post-purchase issues have been annoying but don't fully taint the interaction for me. Make sure you follow up quickly if something looks wrong, and they'll take care of it quickly.

I worked with Daven on the purchase of a Porsche 911 Targa GTS. Daven was fantastic to work with - very communicative over text and phone while I coordinated from out of state, supportive in the buying process, and going above and beyond taking care of the few details spotted to ensure it was in tip top condition and a quality purchase. Jack in F&I was also really easy to work with and was able to get an awesome rate on my loan. The car is amazing and it was probably the best drive back from Portland I've ever had. :-) The in person experience at their showroom was great and they definitely have the best and largest selection of used Porsche in the northwest! As with any used car purchase, look things over carefully, but I would not hesitate to recommend Grand Prix as a great dealer with amazing cars.
