I purchased a used 2004 Honda CR-V for my husband for work. We have a small family owned cleaning business ( Bluetick Cleaning Services) and our truck was on it's last legs, we had some small issues with the Honda and Andy was AWESOME! He took care of the issues with the vehicle and got us back to work.
