I worked with Art to get my dream vehicle! He was extremely easy to work with, I drove all the way from NORTH OF Seattle to check out the 2015 Toyota 4runner he had on hand. He was prompt in response, kept me in the loop, and was very professional and able to work with me. He was even able to get me approved before i drove all the way out there which was nice because it was about a 300 mile round trip for me. They had an area set up with complimentary drinks, snacks, and even kids toys to keep my tot busy while we worked out the details. I would definitely come back here for future vehicles.

Just purchased a 2012 Subaru outback a couple weeks ago. Not long after purchase, radiator hose popped off. All of a sudden loud clunking noises while steering, and indicator lights on preventing me from using a few options on my car such as cruise control, traction control, etc. I'll have to take it into a dealership to get it fully inspected now. I'll update everyone after the inspection thanks. One star until inspection, I shouldn't have these issues a couple weeks after purchasing even a used car from a dealership. A premium experience with Bob and Aj. They were outstanding and their customer service was phenomenal. Came in to look at a Subaru Forester and Honda CR-V. This was one of two dealerships I stopped at. My plan was to visit 5 other dealerships that day after. Aj showed how the other dealerships were up selling their vehicles compared to them. Numbers done lie people. I was appalled once I found out how bad the other dealerships were up selling their older Subaru Foresters. If you’re looking for an genuine salesmen and manager look no further than Bob and Aj I promise you will not be disappointed. They also worked with my budget. I don’t have the best credit and also have racked up a bit of debt being a semi recent college grad. Aj was still able to find me lender in my price range for payments. They both have helped me more than they will ever know as my old Forester was stolen two days prior to walking into the dealerships. Bob and Aj I want to thank you both from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much.

My fiancé and I snagged this Volvo after some painful experiences at a couple of other dealerships. Price was fair, Alex made everything really easy, worked with our requests and we walked out of there with a new car in like, an hour. We’re still in shock about how quick and seamless this transaction was. No BS.
