Can I transfer to another HUD agency in another state I've been on HUD for 3 years and would like to move to another state were my family lives its just my 10 yr old and myself.

Yes, you can relocate after 1 year. You have to inform your HUD worker and make sure the other place is available, ready & rentable to you as well as being inspected. You have to have all your answers for the questions your worker will have plus the paperwork to show that you've been approved for the place where you want to relocate. There's probably more entailed things that need to be handled, so you just got to ask your HUD worker and you guys have to work together along with your new place. Yes There are stipulations. You have to be on HUD a year, there has to be an acceptable and inspected HUD house available. please check with the Housing Authority. But your answer is yes.
