We're in a 12 month lease in Ocean Park, WA and we are in full compliance. 4 months into our lease the realtor is showing the house to sell. We are being told that we have to move out 60 days after the house sells. What are my rights?

Your rights are that whoever buys the house has to honor the remaining months left on your lease. Why the Realtor is tell you this i don't know. But i would be looking for another place also. Don't want to wait till the last minute and when your lease runs out then start looking. Start looking now.
