The front desk does answer the phones for the most part, but they tend to step out for breaks and lunch. The social workers on the other hand are nearly impossible to get ahold of. In which case they have 48 hrs to respond or you take it to their supervisor. So many of those and they will be fired.
Depends on the time you call but I saw a sign inside that said they take a lunch break between 12 and 1 I think....
