I visited the store today to get assistance for an ongoing issue with receiving credit for a promotional discount. Cameron was so helpful and took the time to contact multiple Verizon customer service agents on my behalf. Hopefully I will see the results soon, but regardless, I am grateful for Cameron's patience and determination in helping to resolve the issue.
