Bring your dirtys with you! If you dont have any, you will likely end up with 5 be or 10. Yes, dont ask dont tell in place, they only ask for personal info if you get narcam, and it's so vague, you can easily give them a fake name (as long as you remember it the next time you want narcam.) Exchange is free. Cookers, cottons, alcohol wipes etc are self-serve. Needles are one-for-one, but you can get a few if you don't have any dirty points. Narcan (nasal spray) is also available free of charge.
