Yes, one for one exchange or if you have none, 5 or they will give 10 if you ask.
Yes how ever many dirty's you bring in they will exchange them out for clean ones. If you don't have any to exchange they will usually give you around 5 new ones. There are other exchanges around the city that you can get more and some of them you don't have to haveany to exchange.
