Ok to drop off a trunk-load of corrugated cardboard here? It is right near my work and I have some big cardboard boxes a trampoline came in and some costco furniture. But they are not listed on Portland Metro Recycling page? Free?

Yes they'll take it but they only pay you if you bring in 500 lbs or more
