No permit needed, bring mosquito repellent of some kind. The host will bring you firewood for a fee. Enjoy the cathedral of tall trees. Walk out to the dock and watch the stars at night. Jump in the lake at the warmest part of the day. It will take your breath away and bring you back to life.
There are a few walk in sites but most can be reserved online. The host will drive by in a golf cart and get your info
