Not really a good choice for kids.
Only caution I'd give is that it's a common spot for dates and special occasions that a particularly loud kid might disrupt.
If the weather's nice there's a covered patio available too.
If the child is fine with small, somewhat confined areas, then they should be fine at La Rustica. If they grow restless waiting for food, it's a short walk (across the street) to see Puget Sound.
