I’m not even kidding you this is the best Italian food I have ever had an in my life. The pasta was delectable you can tell they put a lot of love into it. I went with my coworker and we were just in awe with every bite!

Went here this evening for a birthday celebration with a party of six. The front end manager seemed overly stressed and nearly dropped our food on the table when bringing the appetizers, not to mention he almost slammed into the host because he was quite literally running through the restaurant. Our waitress never introduced herself (uncommon for a restaurant of this quality) and had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Our drinks and appetizers came rather quickly, but our waitress didn’t come back to take our order for entrees until about 10 minutes after our appetizers were finished, or 30 minutes after we were served. After arriving at 5:30pm, we finally had our entrees server to us at 6:55pm. Way too long by any service industry standard. We tried to send food back that wasn’t ordered and she argued with one of the members of our party and then walked away after we wanted it to be replaced. The food was lovely, but definitely not worth the cost. The sole reason I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars is because the host, whose name I didn’t get, went above and beyond with service. We were the only table seated on the covered patio in the pouring rain (we had a reservation) and he took time to move the heat lamps over to us, and even brought a small blanket in case anyone got cold. It was a simple but very kind act of service that definitely offset the tone our waitress set. I would recommend going here in a pinch, but definitely not if you’re vegetarian.

Had a great birthday dinner here! Place was pretty busy but the service was great and the food was stellar. Everyone's dish was great in it's own way and they were all fantastic. Ended up getting the gnocchi which was pretty damn tasty and the special pumpkin cheesecake was fantastic :D

A taste of Italy! I purposely picked the Cavatelli as its not an easy pasta to serve. This in house pasta was amazing! While the hosts treated me with confused looks as I asked for a table hoping for a seat in the garden but referred to the bar for open seating. The bartender was kind and service was quick. Overall cool experience.

Coming off the Roanoke exit: Take a left at the light. Go straight through the next set of lights and keep going until you hit eastlake Ave and take a left on eastlake. Drive straight for a few blocks and serafina will be on your right

No. Very few Seattle restaurants have a dress code, but this is a nice restaurant. People dress up by wearing their black jeans.
