I know this is weird but I was in the hospital a couple weeks ago and they put a lidocaine patch on my back you can buy them anywhere pharmacies Walgreens Target maybe Fred Meyer and they're called Salonpas. They work amazingly well I had severe neck and back pain for 20 years.
