Everytime I've been here the cashier's customer service sucks. Gave it a few tries and won't be coming back. Tell me you hate your job without telling me you hate your job.

Coming to any Grocery Outlet these days amounts to a challenge to not only find an actual bargain to make it worth coming in, as well as avoiding the items which are priced higher than a typical supermarket. And of course, don't forget to check expiration dates, and save your receipt in case you get something that's inedible. I lucked out today, I actually found a bargain! Good luck to you! ✨🏳️‍🌈🐸✨

I used to shop here regularly, I quit going a few months ago after this happened; I made a fairly large purchase, and used my debit card, I requested $20.00 cash back, I loaded my groceries in my car and realized the clerk never handed me my change. I went back in to ask the clerk about it, and he insisted that he had handed me the money. I asked to speak with the manager who sided with the clerk and told me I'd have to wait until they reviewed the security tape. After going back and forth with the clerk and manager, the manager finally suggested that maybe the clerk dropped it in my grocery bag. Who does that?! Sure enough when I checked my bags outside, the clerk had dropped it in one of my bags, and it had dropped to the bottom. I went back in to let them know that I had found it, and they acted like I should have thought of that already! No apologies. The turn over is very high here, and I didn't usually see the same staff, and when you asked them questions, they acted like you were annoying them. To be fair, I haven't shopped there since, so maybe they've improved their customer relations, I hope so.

Definitely one of the better locations. Great variety, organized, and clean. I was impressed at the selection of Gluten Free as well as Vegan items. The produce was also very fresh and the presentation was great (I haven't had much luck with the produce department at other GO locations). I also want to add that the their garden area, though small, is very well kept. The plants are healthy and there's actually a pretty good selection. So far so good, I'll definitely be coming back to this location :)
