As a whole I like this store but the 1 star is for the old short lady that works at the deli. If you want meat sliced forget it. She will help other people at the hot food first even if you were waiting before them. She won't come to the meat counter or she'll disappear until you leave. For someone working in customer service she needs a attitude check. Kroger needs to send her to some class to change her attitude or put her where she doesn't have to deal with people. I'm a retired Fred Meyer employee and if I would have done what she does I would have got fired. I've complained to the store manager assistant and she said she'll take care of it, well what she said if she said anything isn't working. Its too bad Kroger will accept mediocre employee's when they should be demanding excellence.

I went in for a few things, had to ask where one item was and the clerk walked me to it to assure I would locate it, that was nice. Unfortunately, due to increased crime (theft, trespassing/camping with tents, increased garbage on property, general strong harassment from beggars) they have had to place a new high black steel fence around the property making it difficult for me to walk over to the ONLY entrance to the store, which is very far for a disabled customer to navigate with a walker, and then get way back around to the max public transport.

Shocked by the disrespect and attitude I received by this security guard when I walked up at 10:01pm. He made snide comments and slammed the door closed in my face and son’s face, and said “we closed at 10”. I think he need to work on his people skills and learn that a little kindness goes a long way.

The last time that I was there my friend had to bag my groceries for me and we had two carts and I was in a riding cart and I had to ask for help oit to my car and the girl pushed the groceries out to the car complaining the entire way about how tired she was and how she hated her job and then she just left the cart there and my friend not only bagged all the groceries then he had to load all the groceries into my car thank goodness he was with me or I wouldn't have been able to do it because I'm disabled and I cannot it seems a little ridiculous! Now I went into the apparel section and they were terrific there five stars for them!

Yes they do
Yes. Have patience tho. Low staff means long wait for them to unlock the dressing room
Yes you can
They are verry helpful. When they open they will help you with almost anything.
I am not sure but it is a job with a high turnover so applying can't hurt :). Good luck 👍
No, they don't do cans here anymore
No, Freddie's is very picky due to theft
No not like before when it was owned by the Myers family it's Kroger owned and operated
I don't think there is a full Chase branch inside gateway they are switching over to On Point credit Union. I know the US Bank at the Glisan Freddy's is now On Point! Hope that helps?
They push wearing a mask. Employees are required. I've never seen staff wiping counters or keeping up the 🚻. They used to wipe/spray down the carts, but no longer
If you are talking about gateway Fred Meyer the gas station is at NE 92nd and Halsey
It's in the NE section of the store across from apparel
They don't have copy machinr.
Yes I think they require 48 hours but if this happens again & u can't order on in enough time in the future u can pick out one they already have made and add a toy kit and write on it for you!
The Fred Meyer store off Broadway does. Hollywood district
Yes. There is a bottle drop on Powell Blvd in Gresham. There MAY be one near 121ST or so & Glisan in NE Portland, too. You can probably Google it to find out EXACTLY where.
You will have to call to find that out.
They should have. Ask any employee.
Take it in and get estimates, companies are different. They send them out.
