Why does this place never answer the phone? I've tried calling 4 times and after automated system, it only rings. They have my $998, the order is overdue and the 1-800 customer service number says I have to speak to this store about the order.

Call early right after they open. Is your best chance to get Them to answer phone. Or just go down to store and start with a manager

Apparently they are not paid enough to answer the phone and monitor the self check out. So something had to go.
