Some of the employees here are horribly rude and disrespectful! Some of my experiences have been great but up until recently a majority of the employees are out of line. The bottledrop should really reevaluate who they are hiring I am sure there are other people that would like a job and treat customers right. I have heard them cussing at customers, kicking people out over little things, and I have heard them talking so badly about customers. Do better employees of Bottledrop!

The staff is good but understaffed. Parking is hazardous. But it is a necessary evil to get your bottle money. I seen to many people not able to use the green bag drop off because the drop door didn't work.

I’m giving it three stars because even at noon the line was extremely small and I was able to get in very easily after going to another place that had a line wrapped around the building. however the customer service is very poor. multiple peoples tickets kept getting stuck in the machines, as mine did. when I went and asked for help from the employee at the desk, she said, “I’ll be right with you” and then proceeded to wash cans just to wash cans I would imagine I didn’t see a customer. I am a physical human being one would think that they would help the physical human being before dealing with some dirty cans. as a basic good customer service skill. Now if there was also a customer connected to those dirty cans at that moment in time it would have moved things along way quicker had she went and unlocked the machine to hand a ticket before proceeding to clean the cans since the cans will take longer. The longer I sit there with my ticket in the machine the longer I’m taking up a machine for no reason therefore people can’t get moved through and it’s poor customer service if you think about it what’s going to take you but seconds and what’s gonna take you an extended period of time? Common sense good customer service would’ve been to take care of the ticket first, since it takes but a minute to get it done, so that the business of the day could move along and that machine would not sit idle.

the cleanest of all the BottleDrop locations I have been to. Most the staff are also more congenial than the other near locations. This was a 5/5 stars until I got reprimanded for helping clean up someone else's garbage pile in the parking lot.

They have to be intact for the machine. If they are smashed flat and can't be un-smashed, they have to be hand counted at the help desk.
No, it is quicker to register online first. Then go inside to get the plastic card inside.
If you have your bottle drop card. You can go up to the machine scan it and then follow the directions on getting tags I believing it up like 25. If you don't have a bottle drop card you can go to the machine and follow the directions to get a card and then you can also send get your tags. If you need bags you can go to the front desk and they'll give you a box or two of bags and then take them off of your next bottle drop off when you drop the bags off..
No anybody with cans and bottles are accepted

Yes. Three people can wait inside for machines to be freed up, while the rest are required to wait outside.
I believe they do. They Don't take meal replacement bottles or milk jugs.
I've had my best luck getting through to them on the phone between 5pm and 6pm.
Yes, 350 per person a day.
You can manually input bottles and cans inside the building, or you can buy bags with barcode stickers that you can drop off for thelm to count.
They *just* changed to summer hours at the end of June and are open til 7pm now! 🤗
You feed each bottle into a slot and it counts it.. after your done you can take your slip to the little machine.. you dont have to have an account unless you want to...and you get your cash right there
