Place is great for quick oil changes during the week. They don't try and upsell you anything unless it is absolutely necessary. I've been going here for years and will continue to. The drive has increased some since my previous home, but since they have been so great it is completely worth it. Totally suggest to go here over other's especially for the price and the service. 5/5

I wouldn't bring my grandson's toy Jeep to get service, very rude, very unprofessional. Service department did not do what I asked had to come back a second time, and they over-inflated my tires by 7 pound and I one of them 10 lb. Moved around personal belongings that they had no business touching. Never again I will bring my car to Visalia Walmart Auto Care Again! Update after I posted this review service manager contacted me and said sorry that I feel that way and for me to carry my business elsewhere. Contacted Bentonville Arkansas about this matter and they said that they will take care of it with the service manager. I would never let my kinfolks talk to me the way Moore there’s a complete stranger no way in hell I will ever go back again !!!’

Wanted to have oil change done. Three technicians, no other customers. Agreed for $ 47 synthetic oil change. Gotten call in 10 minutes that "your vehicle is ready for pick up". Then I was told because drain plug was " overtighten", they will not be able to do it. Went home and did it in rain. Not impressed by this place.

don't believe any bs good review on here , i went to get my two tires switched that i had ordered there , and my car is front wheel drive , and they put the two new wheels on the back ....... we called and said something and they just had a attitude and said it's there procedure , so there procedure is not having common sense ? , they also tightened one of my lugnut so tight it stripped the connection and the lugnut fell out and they never said anything .
