Good place to live. I had friend that lives there. Parking sucks they pick and choose who parks where. There is a truck that stays in visiting parking like it ok. Gateway don't care. They can't even have visitor. But they are quick to put a warning

There is never parking because they dont enforce the rules. Just like my neighbors who make me feel like I live in Jumanji and when I've complained, I'm told to call the police. They do nothing!

That’s not true, I live here more than a year , and I love this place ! There is always place to park !

Living here since they opened building A. One of the first to move in. Parking does suck if you don't get off work early. I have to park clear on the opposite end from my apartment some nights. Visiter parking is only by the office. Not allowed to park elsewhere as a visitor but sure not everyone listens after office closes.
