Hi, I see several negative comments left by a few people. I am curious to know (involving) bathing issues. Were the mistakes done to your animals,(bathing) witnessed directly by you or another party? This can happen, was it malicious or training? TY

I think is cruel how they bathe cats but idk how else to do it. And I know by first hand the ones bathing are just doing the interview so I doubt of their experience. I'd expect a special soap if I'm paying at a pet Salon, not dawn.

I am happy with VIP. Been using them a lot for years. Just make sure you tell the front desk how you want your pet looked after.

This didn't happen to my dog, he's been going there for years without incident. The staff has always been wonderful with us.
