Tiffany always does a great job with my Gracie girl! She listens and does exactly as I ask. I even followed Tiffany from Dunedin to Clearwater location. And she even got a pretty bow! Highly recommend.

Finally groomers who not only listen to how you want your pups to look, but actually do it. Today was my second time for each of my pups and I really couldn't be happier. ( I am a hairdresser so I can be a bit of a picky pain ) We saw Jessica and Okemo, they are wonderful !!! Everyone there is just super friendly and helpful. Drop off your babies and in an hour and a half they are done!!! None of that 5-6 hours , like some places do where they over book and keep your babies locked up all day. You make an appointment and that's when they are done. Oh and the baked treats are awesome! I was able to treat them to a special bone after their grooming!!! Next months appointments are booked!!!

I took my dog here for the first time today which is a big deal because his fur has been botched before so once I find a groomer I like, I stick with them. However, I needed to get my dog in for grooming before there was availability at his usual groomer and I liked that Woof Gang had weekend availability, I had heard good things from a friend and trusted they would do a good job. Well, my dog’s grooming turned out decent BUT as soon as we got into the car I noticed he had been seriously cut on his stomach and the groomer did not even bother to mention it to me. This is extremely upsetting to me, as it takes a lot for me to trust anyone with my dog because of his trust issues from an abusive past. I’m afraid due to this episode he will be scared of going to the groomer again. I also know he is very laid back and calm; at his other groomer they argue over who will get to groom him that day because they love him so much and rave about how good he is. So, I know this incident was not due to him being difficult (even if that were the case, no excuse) The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because when I went back in to let the woman at the front desk know, she was very kind and apologetic and gave me an ointment to keep on the cut. She also took a picture and said she would be letting the manager know, which I hope was true. This was a very disappointing and upsetting experience for me and I’m sure traumatic for my dog. (Who also is my service animal). He has been getting groomed multiple times a year for the last 5 years I’ve had him and nothing like this has EVER happened. I almost didn’t write a review because this truly only has to do with his groomer and not the facility as a whole but if I would have read something like this first, I would’ve thought twice before taking my sweet boy to this place so I wanted to share.

We've taken our Oliver here his entire life, he's 4 years old. Great little shop in the front of the store with lots of goodies for pets. My last experience was just wonderful. Shelby, our usual groomer, was booked up so I scheduled with another. When I arrived for the appointment, I was surprised because Shelby came out to take Oliver back! She had seen him on the schedule and was able to fit him in. I really appreciated the above and beyond effort from her, and so did Oliver!
