I would like to thank Dr. Williams and the staff there for helping us during a difficult time last week. Our labrador was very sick, and her prognosis was unfortunately fatal. We had an at-home euthanasia scheduled but before that could happen she quickly got worse. At 3 a.m. I called Blue Pearl to let them know we were on the way and rushed her over where the vet assistant and tech met us at the door. They took her from our arms and the doctor worked on her immediately. In the end we had to say goodbye to our baby earlier then we had planned to. I'm grateful for the setting that Blue Pearl provided for us to do that. It was private and on our own time, nothing was ever rushed or forced. They offered us a clay paw print and asked about cremation which we already had set with another company. They completely understood and held her there until Pet Passages could pick her up the next day. I sincerely appreciate their kindness towards us. I thank you for making our Samantha comfortable and in helping her to cross the rainbow bridge.

Blue pearl Clearwater is the only reason our puppy is still here today, we will forever be grateful to the doctors and staff who cared for our girl during the biggest fight of her life. Our 3.5 month Golden Retriever puppy, Biscuit, was diagnosed with Parvovirus at a local vet. They said we had caught it early and she had great likelihood of survival. 3 days of round the clock fluids and treatment and she was only getting worse so we moved her to Blue Pearl Brandon for the evening (100% dissatisfied with treatment here but that is for another review). The next morning we were told she needed more intensive care and had to go to Clearwater. She wouldn’t eat, had constant diarrhea, had a very high fever, and was declining rapidly despite normal parvo treatment and catching it early. This is where the vets at Blue Pearl Clearwater really stepped up and showed how incredible they really are. Biscuit was still touch and go for almost a week, no one thought she was going to make it but the doctors still gave her every opportunity they could to try and beat it. No one gave up on her, and I truly think that made all of the difference. There was enough knowledge within her team and so many rooting for Biscuit that they were able to help her pull through. I was shown immense compassion from all staff members and was even allowed to visit her once a day for about 10 minutes outside, you could visibly see her spirits lift when we came. Biscuit turned 9 months old this week and I thought it was an appropriate time to express my gratitude to you all. I highly recommend this facility.

Dr. Human, Dr. Williams, and Dr. Grosnky are amazing! There team members are just as amazing and really did an amazing job with Nora after her two surgeries. Lauren and Katrina are always on it and truly care about Nora. Unfortunately I do not know the names of all of the amazing people who took care of Nora but we both thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!

My dog had Lymphoma treatment here for a couple weeks before she died. The staff is nice but my last conversation with Dr. Kane was that he didn’t think I’d have to put my dog down the following week, that we still had time. Well the whole weekend was horrible and she was in and out of their ER and they wouldn’t fit her in for treatment early on Monday because a different oncologist was on staff (my dog’s next treatment was Tuesday). Dr. Kane never even called me, so apparently they didn’t even reach out to let him know she was dying. I just wanted help deciding if we had time to wait for one more treatment or not and I never got to talk to him or another oncologist to help me decide. She was suffering and we were holding on just on hope. I was trying to save my baby. We ended up having to put her to sleep mere HOURS before her next treatment with Dr. Kane at the very same facility he arrived at hours later to learn of her death and he NEVER ONCE called to offer his condolences. It has been over a month now and apparently to him, she didn’t matter. I know vets have a really hard job and I try to be so understanding. But this, this felt like my baby, who was my entire world, was just a number to him. And she died and he just went on with life and my whole life shattered. He didn’t even sign the card they sent. I just wanted him to call me and tell me I did the right thing. Or just say he’s so sorry she died, anything to make me feel like she was cared for. So I just wanted to share how hurt that made me in hopes in the future he will reconsider contacting his patients parents after they die. It would have meant a lot. Also it would have been awesome if we were offered ink paw prints and nose prints. We got a clay print but once the crematorium had already cremated her and they called us did we find out nose and paw prints would have been a possibility. Jewelry could have been made from it. That was another crushing blow to be told of this after it was too late for us to do anything. It would cost very little and take very little time to do that for grieving pet owners. I was very thankful for her hair and clay paw print though.

They must be overwhelmed with business. Never sent me the link to pay my bill on Friday. I was on hold for 20 minutes this morning waiting to get someone to text me the link.

Can I make payments?
