I left this place because of the new Spanish doctor, I even don't know her name she talked with us not introducing herself, she actually replaced Dr Bedford who was the best at banfield. Dr Bedford took care of our dog ginger who has pancreatitis, she gave me a treatment that kept her in line without flares, well the new Spanish Doc decided to take her off this treatment!!, cause she think she knows better my dog than myself!!!!, anyway the staff is very friendly always helpful and ginger love them, Sonia and the whole staff are amazing I just decided to leave this place because of the new Doc

My Pomeranian is young 18 mo, so no big health issues, I have taken her here from her first visits after she was born. For the most part I have a good experience with Banfield hospitals. I got their optimum plans so it has been worthwhile, office visits, virtual and chat services. I would love to be able to actually see the vet and chat with them as they review my dog. To me I don't feel the connection with the veterinarian, it is like taking your baby to the doctor and not being able to see how is being treated or being able to ask a question on the spot, that's why I am rating with a 4 instead of a higher 🌟

The staff always take time to explain and are friendly. I like their policy of telling you the bill before they do anything. The whole subscription model works well if you're going to get a teeth cleaning, but since it only cover routine visits, it's almost like backwards insurance. If your pet has an accident or illness, you get like 10 percent off. Effectively it sets a floor for what you're going to pay for vet care instead of a ceiling.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

Well I would check as to what that includes. We used them for several years but everything cost extra. Plus they think more printing will impress, it does not. Ask around and get a recommendation for a local vey
