Dr. Reifer has cared for multiple family dogs since 1995 (I think!). Due to distance, we don’t see him for routine shots anymore but the office is my trusted go-to for anything above an annual check-up. My parents still take their dog. Can’t recommend enough!

Excellent facility. Clean. Gotta love Dr Paul Reifer! Staff too. I've been going there 5 years. Always an easy experience.

More props to to Dr. Anderson We moved to Spring Hill a while ago and I finally decided maybe we needed a vet closer to home. I took my cat and dog in to this new vet for their vaccinations and check ups. Within 2 weeks both pets developed issues that caused me thousands of dollars and my cat ended up dying. My dog apparently had an ear infection, which the local vet had missed, since she admittedly hadn't looked ta my dog's ears during the exam SMH When I called about the hematoma, I was referred to an urgent vet facility, as the local vet could not see us. (not what I'm used to having gone to Dr. Anderson for so many years and they've always managed to see us within a day or so! Then back to local vet for follow up, who performed a 2nd surgery on the dog. Then follow up on that turned ugly. They installed a drain and the drain wasn't working, the ear was horribly infected and they told me it was "fine" I called Dr. Anderson who got us right in and advised the ear was NOT fine. It was horribly infected and the drain was clogged and half falling out. We needed yet another surgery! Top it off w/ the fact they had her on ineffective anti-biotics and steroids, which I was told the antibiotics cancel out the prednisone, so it wasn't even doing anything for her but causing side effects! This was a Saturday and we scheduled surgery for that Monday. OMG! My baby's ear was FINALLY getting better! Dr. Anderson did a terrific job, cleaned out all the infection and and made it so she could not get another hematoma again! It took 3 weeks to heal and the stitches removed and I'm so relieved to say, my girl id doing so well! Her ear is completely healed and I owe it all to Dr. Anderson! After this experience, I've decided that we will stay w/ Dr. Anderson and I will continue to drive the hour plus to see her when our pets are sick. I know not all vets are like the local vet who made so many mistakes, but I have such a deep trust in Dr. Anderson, it's just worth it to me to keep driving. I KNOW my pets will get eth best care when they go to see her! Mia says thank you for taking such good care of her!

Dr. Anderson is the best. I started going to her office in 2011 for my chameleon because she's a great exotic vet who has compassion and knowledge for the reptile world too. Since then, a much more conventional pet has entered our household, a Burmese kitty, and Dr Anderson has seen her a handful of times since I'm a neurotic pet mom, and has always been the most helpful and empathetic doctor. When I first adopted my cat, I brought her to the shelter's recommended vet for her "first free check up". Upon speaking to that vet, I was recommended to do a slew of diagnostics and tests for a possible URI. He wanted over $900 for a cat that I had for 10 days. I immediately brought her to Dr. Anderson who assured me that she didn't see anything alarming and to just give her time to adjust to her new living situation, and she was right...Dr Anderson truly understands and cares about animals and treats them as her own.
