Charged us 300 dollars on a 30 to 50 dollar part. Didn't even solve the issue. Furnace worked for a week then stopped. He didn't mount igniter so it shorted. Replaced gas valve but didn't clean tubing which was likely the issue to begin with. I had to learn how to work on a furnace to fix their mistakes and I'm currently trying to not henge to pay almost 1k for a fix that didn't work. Could have been a bad technician but still... 300 for a 50 dollar part?? Edit: it was under a different name. But it was not after hours, the invoice read 300 for igniter, which costs no more than 50 and that's pushing it. Basically your tech didn't do so anything he should have. My guess is so you'd need to return for more money. We filed a complaint with the office and they still haven't got back nearly a week later. The call out was 95 dollars. 300 for igniter and 500 for gas valve.... we will call again to get this sorted but people should know what we went through with your company.

Ryan and Matt did a club member clean and check of my Trane furnace for this coming winter. They were on time and very professional. They did a thorough inspection of the furnace and cleaned and adjusted it. They checked the Apriaire humidifier and the furnace filter. I would recommend them for any of your furnace needs and repairs.
