My dog is a wheaten terrier who must be groomed, but he is a handful. The fact that they are willing to work with him and continue to allow him to come back for grooming, speaks volumes. His behavior issue is not toward other dogs, he just hates getting groomed. He is always happy when I pick him up and the team always gives me an honest report on his behavior. I’ve also had him boarded while on vacation and he loved it. Although I’ve never been inside the facility, my dog’s behavior after I pick him up leads me to believe he is well taken care of.

The moment you walk in you smell horrible dirty smells. I have 2 dogs, both are girls that weight 50 and 55 lbs. They are 8 years old and have visited daycares, groomers, trainers and boarding facilities their entire life. They LOVE going to daycare. I went because of recommendations but the moment I walked in, I didn't want to leave my girls. Very loud barking that doesn't stop both inside and outside of the building. The horrible smells of dirty and unclean animals. One of my girls wanted to stay so badly so I left them for 30 mins. I came back and both girls were so stressed out I was mad at myself for leaving them. I've told others since then NOT to leave their dogs. I don't know what the back looks like, no one ever offered a tour but it smells so badly and the dogs are non-stop barking that I should have listened to my own instincts. I DO NOT recommend this place. My girls were totally stressed and upset in just 30 mins.

I give them a good 3 stars. They bathe him very good and clip his nails great. But I didn't like that we couldn't go inside the building they do everything curb side even the payments. I find that impersonal. I wanted to see where my dog was playing how clean it was inside. Oh well. They also charged me an express fee to take him a bath early. 3/5

I love VIP!! They are thoughtful and caring! I drive all the way from Tampa to get my dogs groomed there, both Standard Poodles, even taking extra loving care of my older black standard who was recently diagnosed with cancer. I will not take my dogs elsewhere! They are always happy when I drop off and pick them up! They do a fantastic job and you can tell they honestly loves each fur soul that walks through the door and we feel like a part of the family!

40 to 50.00 but hard to quote without seeing in person. I have one opening tomorrow bring in!!

We would love to try this boarder, but, no inside pics are posted and when you stop by the staff refuses to show you the play yard or inside....which is unusual, all the boarders we have used have cameras throughout the facility and do tours.

Do you need an appointment for nail clipping of a dog? Or what are the walk in days and hours for clipping service? How long does the nail clipping service take for a medium size dog?

Hi, I see several negative comments left by a few people. I am curious to know (involving) bathing issues. Were the mistakes done to your animals,(bathing) witnessed directly by you or another party? This can happen, was it malicious or training? TY

I think is cruel how they bathe cats but idk how else to do it. And I know by first hand the ones bathing are just doing the interview so I doubt of their experience. I'd expect a special soap if I'm paying at a pet Salon, not dawn.

I'm pretty sure that you can. I would call them to check, if you want to know for sure. It's a matter of their policies and procedures, not anyone's opinion.
