Yes they do. Every home Depot I have been to has them. Typically 2 styles. One for the pink fiberglass insulation (attic cat I think they call it) and the "green" insulation that is a fiber insulation. If I am not mistaken the "green" insulation requires more to get the same R value. The store can calculate it out for you (cost per R value).
