In 3 years, I have never left this place with a bad haircut- even when experimenting with different shapes and colors. You never really know with corporate salons...then again you never really know with boutiques either, regardless, everyone here is great at what they do. I suggest Katy, but I used a few random stylists after Cole left and they were all superb! Customer service at this location is 10/10, had a mix up with my bill, there was another Emily there at the same time as me- which story of my life-, but the manager was quick to rectify the mistake and gave me her card, as well as a follow up call the next week to make sure my funds were definitely returned. Also, man do they know how to give a good head massage 💆‍♀️. It's a tad pricey, but you get what you pay for ya know? I say treat yourself and have a month full of great hair days!

I dont trust anyone with cutting my hair as to many have messed it up. Crazy.... anyways, I'm Scandinavian so my pride and joy is my insanely long thick hair. Katelyn did an amazing job. Ill be back with my best friend!

Cheryl did an amazing job fixing my hair color after I made the rookie mistake of trying to bleach it myself at home. She did a great job even-ing out the color without making my fine/curly hair frizz. The longer I look at it the more I like it!
