I know it is so easy to give a 5 star rating but these employees deserve it. So many employees these days have little to no social skills let alone customer service skills. Very clean and well lit store. I asked if I could get some assistance and two employees helped me out. I have to say also that once oriented to their machines, it was a piece of cake. Thank you FedEx Office.

Picked up a package today and was not expecting the box to be so awkward. The problem wasn't getting it in my car it was getting it out to my car as I was holding my 1 year old. The gentleman that helped me at the counter offered to carry it out which was helpful. Not to mention I was greeted and helped right away!

Amber seriously helped me out today. I emergently submitted an online print order because I needed documentation for my first business sale. After putting it in online I realized the earliest pickup was 1130, I called and Amber said she could have it done by 0845. She is my personal hero and she single-handedly saved my business meeting.

Rude!! Michael is impatient and rude. Went to get my package and told me it’s not there and look for my tracking number so I did look for it on my phone and after few seconds told me “I don’t understand why you can’t find your tracking number” I was like WHAT THE! can you wait for like 2 seconds?!! I am still looking for it since I got too many emails! AND THATS THE SECOND TIME HE’S BEING RUDE TO ME! THE FIRST TIME WAS LAST WEEK!!
