I sustained an on the job injury in 1989 to my neck and back which left me with permanent injuries. I have over 40 MD prescriptions denied and over 10 MD's denied me by OWCP. I was pulled off my OPM Disability with a statement from my case worker that I'd be retrained and put in another position. I then was told by OWCP Doctors that my injuries were healed and that I could return to work without any restrictions. I flunked my Physical and hurt both knees while taking my PCE test to be rehired. I was put back on Compensation with their statement that their evaluation was diminished in value. OWCP paid the Hospital bill but denied me a claim ever since. I have a Mal-Practice case, and my rights have been violated.

We do not. The only local attorney I know who might do that is Thaddeus Sikes in Gig Harbor. Best of luck.
