Yes, you can foster dogs on a weekly basis. Go in on a Sunday, and they'll let you care for a dog until the next Saturday, when you bring the dog back for the adoption event. It's also a great way to "try out" a dog to see if it's a good fit for your home! It's good for the dogs to get them out of the shelter for a week or two and show them some love! Keep in mind, most of the dogs are smaller, and some need to be house trained, especially at first because they are in a new environment, and are a little confused.
