Prisli, you must have had the opposite experience than what we had. Ours was a great experience and we would definitely go back for another dog. First we got to meet Prize outside where our two dogs met him, too. That worked out. Then we went into a small room with a half door and got to interact with Prize. He was shy at first, but then allowed my wife and I to hold him. Our two small dogs interacted with him and they approved. We decided to adopt him and filled out paperwork. We also purchased a collar, a lead and a crate for Prize to sleep in for very reasonable prices. Then we left with our new dog. Our experience was excellent. We saw another couple and they were having a great experience, too.
Please take donations elsewhere this facility treats you and the animals in an inhumane way. They should learn to give kindness and respect first in order to get it in return. Again ... not worthy of having the community help them out.
Do NOT support this atrocious agency with any donations. Take them elsewhere. This agency is far from professional and a facility that is unkept causing a lot of dogs to catch cough kennel while at this facility. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR DONATIONS HERE !!!
