We literally had the BEST time ever!!! The young gentleman that were doing the rentals were SO KIND!!! & SO helpful!! ( please tip them when you go) This was our 1st time there and we will definitely be going back, I got the two dual kayaks for 1 hr. It was $70. So worth it! The young men helped us carry them down to the river, and the people there were so happy and peaceful. It was a beautiful day! 😍

Wow! Absolutely incredible day on the water! I secured our reservation online. We arrived early and it were greeted by a friendly team member who promptly prepped our kayak. He offered a few tips on where to go. We made it down to Lafayette locks / waterfall in about an hour and had an easy paddle back with the smooth current. It was beautiful! Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for a fun and easy kayak or paddle board adventure!

Do we have to book online ahead of time or can I just go over there on the day I want to go

Reservations are strongly recommended. We do accept walk ups but most days, especially weekends, are usually fully booked.

If I wanted to kyake and bring my own, is it possible to back track in kyake to my car in this river?

The dock is open to the public, located about 100 yards from the parking lot. The current is very slow so you can go up stream and then cruise back to the park. No need to set up a shuttle. You can also launch in Cook Park or Tualatin Community park.

How do I contact mamagement? No complaints about the experience just had them do 4 hours instead of 2 and they charged me for 2 hours and then another 4 hours. Wondering if I'll see those funds again..

They also have Canoes, 2 person Kayaks, and Paddle boards. I would recommend going upriver first and down river on your way back. This gives time to relax and practice paddling. Safe travels.
