Couldn't get anyone to even speak to us, let alone help us with some things we wanted to buy. Flat out ignored and shoved off. Use the place as a showroom if you like, take pictures and find some other supplier. But don't expect any help. Ended up leaving without buying anything, but, easy enough to find elsewhere. Just flat out ignored.

Very very expensive and I was put off by the way they treated me like I couldn’t afford to shop there… Not a good feeling

This place is awesome. Most of the time call if you are interested in purchasing that day. Extremely helpful. I was just with a friend but I wish I could have bought a dozen things. Great quality. Their lighting section is out of this world. A must see experience. They have moved to Oakley. So Google the new address

As other reviewers have said, you'll pay more here. So you'd expect the quality and customer service to be better. It was not in my experience. We bought an expensive ceiling fan/light. It stopped working after about a year. I called and they told me that they would not touch or take back anything that's over a year old, I'd have to go through the manufacturer to get replacement parts and fix it myself. THEN they said they don't even keep records past 1 year so they could not tell me what I bought or who the manufacturer was, and there's no branding on the light. So at Ferguson I paid a ton for a light that I had to replace 1.5 years later. Go to Home Depot instead. It's cheaper. online they have just as good of selection. they take ANYTHING back at any time. they will order you replacement parts. But you probably won't need it because their stuff doesn't break after a year and a half.

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment. Use the instructions provided to contact the carrier and schedule your freight pickup."
I have heard of pop-up vents using activated charcoal to remove smoke and odor for cooktop stoves. Do you sell such things ? Can you install them ?
I think they do. They have a pretty large warehouse.
We can order them for you but we do not carry them in stock.
