Matt (and Alex, who appeared to be in training) did an excellent job in restoring our AC unit to working order. A few problems were found with our 11-year-old system, and they fixed (and replaced the bad components) the system so that it would function again on that hot day! The expertise and experience that Matt had, along with Alex's help (who was also very conscientious and very professional) made this a great experience for us! The price was very fair, and the time it took to get our AC unit going again was very reasonable. We are completely satisfied with the service we received from Help!

Alex was my HELP Tech, and did an amazing and thorough job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Alex was able to provided detailed explanations and clear suggestions. He did a clean fix on my washing machine water lines which were severely leaking after a full plumbing inspection. Seth M. was on time, very personable , clean and professional. I was having trouble with our ac and he instantly knew the problem. However, I thought it was something else and he was kind enough to spend a little extra time to show me the details, so I could understand. I really appreciated that. As we were doing paperwork we asked him about working for HELP and how it was and you could tell he genuinely likes the company and spoke very highly about it. I also spoke with Becky to schedule the visit and she was very easy to work with too. I can honestly say using HELP was truly an enjoyable experience. We will be using them for all our HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs.

Excellent service from beginning with the phone call, to the end of the service. My call was received by Becky. She was extremely cheerful, knowledgeable, and professional. She understood exactly what I needed and got me someone out to my house in under an hour. The service man, Alex, was professional, fast and efficient. He had my furnace up and running within 20 minutes and took the time to sit down with me to explain everything he had done to correct the problem and how I should move forward with several options to choose from when I decide to go forward. I highly recommend this company and I recommend signing up for the HELP club membership.

Yes, they were efficient, timely, professional and didn't break the bank. Didn't try to oversell me and left my place clean when they were done.
I did purchase their monthly plan. They have already came a few times to repair things. Other than the monthly fee and the one discounted price I did pay which was over $300 less than another company had quoted. I did get other quotes for other work that needs to be done but HELP is equal or less than others
