Foster care requires more commitment than 2 days. Ideally you are experienced in dog behavior and confidant you can provide the necessary safe, clean, secure, quiet home, otherwise you risk doing more harm than good not to mention it's nearly impossible to do. Contextually I would advise against.
I think you need to foster a dog for more than two days. At least a week and a half but Mainly two to four weeks.
