So i guess if they really want you to know where they are, then they will list you as a person to inform. But you are right about one thing, they do help sometimes and will say things like "i cannot confirm or deny that person is here but i can have them call you back if they are."
Due to patient privacy laws (HIPAA) KMHS cannot verify if a person is a patient unless the patient has agreed to allow that information to be released to the specific person who is asking.
