There is an ADA trial from the parking area to the Skagit River. It's a really nice Park.
Only paved section is from the parking lot down to where the grass and dirt trials to the river connect. Maybe a few hundred feet of cement path. Maybe some going through the camping part but I dont go into that section myself.
