Call the district court clerk and she will direct you to the next
It depends. Are you talking about a situation where the suspect has been charged and arrested? And you want to know if they were sentenced? Or, a situation where you want to know if they caught the guy or want to know if they have even found out who did it? Basically...where was the case the last you heard, pre arrest or after arrest? The police are only really involved up until an arrest has been made, then, the Court and Dept of Corrections basically takes over. So, either call the police department if you wanna know if they caught the guy (they may have limited info in this case, depending on who you are...cause they don't just give out info on ongoing cases) or call the court house (county clerks office) if you believe charges have been filed against a specific individual or an arrest has been made. If you're talking about a civil case, like you or someone else is suing for damages, that's a whole different story.
