John is AMAZING, can’t say enough good things about him! The work is wonderful, they went above and beyond my expectations! Also worked with my insurance to get everything done, when the insurance finally got everything together, the work was done in just a couple of days! I highly recommend that you take your vehicles here, especially if you have a jeep or off road vehicle!

They came highly recommended but John could not be bothered to reply to repeated voicemails, messages left with his staff or emails. When I would reach him he'd repeatedly promise to call me back but never would. Good thing I was not in a huge hurry. I just spent $6k on ARB lockers at a competitor and will be advising all my fellow 4x4 buddies here to avoid this shop.

In WA State, for the inspection to get title, you have to call and schedule it with the Washington State Patrol. Independent shops don't do that work in this state.
Yes. All drive train components (engine, transmission, drive axles) as well as suspension, steering, etc.
You can but they are a busy shop. Appointments will make the car seen sooner. If you just bring it to them depending on the work involved plan on the vehicle being there for a few days.
