We called to bring in our male cat who presented with symptoms of urinary crystals and they told is it would be a 2-4 hour wait. We had to fill out two forms online and then call when we arrived. We sat waiting for 4 hours (at this point it was 11:40pm) and finally called again to see what the wait time was going to be as it had already been 4 hours. They continually put us on hold and then they finally said they could take him, after we called them. They then said to leave him overnight even though they had not said that before hand. The employee who took our cat was very unsure of everything and unclear. This made us wonder if they could have taken him earlier if we had called even though they told us to wait for their call to bring him to the door. There were very few cars in the parking lot but people who pulled in after us were all served before us. It was very unprofessional and inconsiderate how this company handled the situation. We also felt very unsafe in the parking lot as many homeless people were wondering around and coming into the parking lot where we were. We will not be bringing our animals back here as it was a terrible wait with no communication from the clinic. I recommend finding another clinic to take care of your animals!

My cat started to drool uncontrollably after ingesting something. Other clinics had 8-10 hour wait times. We called this clinic and they told us wait would be 1-3 hours but they were able to see us in just under a hour. We are so grateful for Dr. Brown for calling us and providing us updates as well as Dr. Rule and their staff. Everyone was kind and compassionate. They always picked up our calls and gave us very comprehensive updates. Thank you so much for your help!

I called and the wait was about an hour which wasn't bad. When it was our turn she wanted me to drop my dog off but they never said anything about dropping her off. They said for me to stay in the area and they will contact me in 8 to 10 hours but that's only to hear from the doctor so my dog would be waiting there not even being seen yet for 8 to 10 hours because there would be other clients in front of her. I drove 30 minutes away to turn around and say I wasn't leaving my dog with them. Need to specify that before I drive down there. Not affordable either

Very happy with the service and care we received here. Dr. Brown and the whole team were excellent from start to finish. My dog was bitten while on leash by an unleashed dog on a Saturday. The emergency vet near our home wouldn't take him, but fortunately, this clinic was able to see him on Sunday morning and operate on his infected bite wound. He is now happy and healthy again. I hope we don't have any more emergencies, but if we do, I will most definitely return to this clinic.

To be seen is starting $100
That's not how pet insurance work. Talk to your company. You pay out of pocket, send your insurance company an itemized receipt, and they reimburse you per your chosen policy.
Call they can tell you the exam price. Then depends what is going on and will give you an estimate once they examine your pet. Good luck
Care credit is available, however, all pmt is due at the time of service.
