When this store opened it was super nice,nicely stocked pleasant employees. Now not so much they are out of everything the shelves were pretty empty the employees don't talk they don't smile no customer service. I won't be back to that location!!

Love Dollar Tree, even $1.25 is super affordable and best for holiday decorations. Got some stuff for my new office. Love them. This store needs a little TLC, it is always trashed.

Four stars for a large facility and great selection! 0 stars for customer service. My Mom and I have visited this location twice. The first time was about a month or two ago. While the selection was great, the employee was extremely rude when we asked for a cart because I was needing to use that as a walker. I am a handicapped person and I feel staff should be extra nice regarding those needs. I believe the lady was older with short brown hair and glasses. But today I'll never forget our clerks attitude! It was the worst and we won't return. I realize it's the holiday season and retail is busy. However, my Mom accidentally grabbed double of a product because it stuck together. She realizes this up at the check stand and apologized very nicely to the cashier. Well then the cashier very loudly huffs and puffs the rest of the time and as my Mom had checked out and was getting ready to take the items to the car (she was going to use the cart then return it), The older lady (cashier) with a blond ponytail and glasses very rudely yelled in a snotty tone "Leave the cart in the store!" I realize it's a bad neighborhood and people steal carts. But it is UNACCEPTABLE to treat your customers like criminals! I didn't realize the Grinch got married. That cashier is definitely his wife! We used to go to the Covington location, but it's not as large and doesn't have as good of stock. The plus though is the employees are nicer. Think we'll go there from now on.
