You can not hook up ur RV hose to fille ur water up the last person that did that got kicked out. Water spigots are for hand washing and dishes and filling water jugs

There are strategically placed water spigots for obtaining water. You should be able to hook up a hose to fill your RV water tank, but you cannot remain connected to it as the spigots are for everyone.
