Guy came out to look at my fridge, it was not keeping temp. The appt was 1 and at 230 I called the office and was told the appt was between 1-4, he showed up at 4:30. Came in and opened the freezer and said that the fan went out. (He didn’t test anything) said he could order a new fan and have it next day. That was 107 for him to come out, then the fan was 156 then he wanted 199$ an hour for labor to install new fan. We decided Not to have him install and husband did. It worked for a day, then temp went back up. We decided to go buy a new fridge and not put anymore money into this one. I called and told the lady that the part didn’t fix the fridge and was there anything we could do??? The lady said well we charge 25$ to take old fridge, but if u drop it off we won’t charge u the 25$ . WOW, that was very generous!! 😡I just gave them 263 for them to fix my fridge. That didn’t fix it, now they are going to take my fridge and not charge me the 25$ . I am not pleased with this company.

I love these guys! I needed to replace all the appliances in a fixer upper home that my wife and I had just purchased. Larry, Anthony and the whole team took excellent care of us from picking out our applinces to delivering, taking away and installation. We ended up with higher quality appliances than I thought we could afford and we came UNDER our budget as well. To top it all off they even helped us save space in our tiny laundry room by stacking our dryer. We had one minor problem with the washer however true to their word they quickly came out to diagnose and fix the problem under their warranty.
