Falls Crossing Apartments are falling apart. Preferred Property Management(who manages this complex currently) won't address requests in a timely manner, or at all. We've been waiting for a new smoke detector for months, among many other things for the last two years. They'll cancel day of fixing your maintenance request, and never reschedule. I feel unsafe here, unheard, and frustrated from the lack of communication from management, and the complex having many safety hazards. Including health hazards such as people leaving their garbages out in the halls during the heat of summer for everyone else to smell and walk through. Or icy rotting wood on stair landings in winter. Or the decks that they told us they would be fixing when we moved in, but they haven't addressed at all so I don't know if it's safe to be on them. Or faulty smoke detectors. It is also hard to relax in your apartment. Along with feeling unsafe, neighbors don't care about being respectful. The noise and thuds you can feel in your feet from them can get excessive. I really love the location, it's gorgeous! And I do like this apartment a ton, the complex is beautiful despite having many issues! I just wish I felt safe, stress free, and heard in my home at this complex. All photos are taken by me at Falls Crossing Apartments

I have went to website I want to apply for a 2bd 2 bath for 850 but they tell us to call number both numbers on there are wrong
