The ladies who work there have always been very nice and friendly. This site does tell hours/days this dump is open! I just wish it were a little easier getting to the recycle bins. I put glass in a garbage can, and since I'm disabled, it's hard for me to drag the can up stairs to empty out the glass. The openings are small so you can't dump the can, but have to pick it out by hand to put in dumpsters.

No. Free metal recycle. FYI No major auto components (bumpers, doors, engines, etc) allowed, but for example rotors, shocks are allowed. There should be a complete list on the county website. Also, nothing with refrigeration (a/c's, fridges) is allowed in the metal. Most everything else metal is free metal recycle.
No. However, there are e-waste drop off locations around the county where you should be able to drop off for free, working or not. Try to Google e-cycle washington...Goodwill and value Village, of open, are supposed to have E waste drop off as well. Hope this helps.
