Horrible unethical practice. My boyfriend doesn’t have insurance so unfortunately his options are limited. After paying for an appointment they made him pay separately for a blood test and now they’re refusing to tell him what his test results are unless he pays them again. I’m insured and I have never seen such blatant heinous behavior from a doctors office. If he needed to pay to simply hear his test results from an appointment that he already paid for why was this not disclosed in the beginning. It seems this place is purposely taking advantage of their low income/uninsured patients. When ever I’m getting tested, my doctors always proactively reach out to me to ease my mind and keep me informed about my body. Especially since they’re the ones who ordered the test and told him “it could be cancer, it could be diabetes, you never know” RUN don’t walk RUN away from this scam practice. And also report them to the BBB.

Customer service is poor, slow response, never answer the phone

It has been over a week that I call every day to get a simple note from my doctor for my job but until now, I have not been able to talk to anyone. Everytime I call there is a long waiting line and when I get close to the 1st place, it goes to voicemail and I can not leave a message. I have also sent messages to my doctor but no response. I also messaged the nurse but I was told that she was no longer working there and that I had to call to schedule an appointment. How do I do that if you guys don’t even answer the phone? They are putting my job in jeopardy for a simple thing and I might lose my job because of that. I am very disappointed.
