DO NOT PURCHASE your furniture from them. The sales staff is great but they will deliver your furniture damaged. Then fight with you to replace it. And when they mess up the replacement say it's your fault. KIERA is horrible and for some reason she's the only one available. Never making this mistake again!

Very unprofessional people never ever has a manager, Kiera is very rude and blames customer for everything. She does not listen and just wants to talk over you. I do not know why they have a person like that working customer service. Go somewhere else where they value their customers because this place doesn’t

This rating should really be a "0" due to customer service and our sales guy at GFM. We made our purchase in Sept 2021... with everything it got pushed back and pushed back to an estimated date of May 2022. We ended up canceling and getting a refund because May 2022 was still just an estimated date not even a guarantee. The issues though that I had with GFM are: 1) Our sales rep never once called us to give us an estimated date of arrival... we had one person from GFM call us in November 2021 to let us know that we will not get our furniture delivered as that was the first date they had given us. After that, NO ONE ever called - it was ALWAYS us initiating and calling them! 2) When we decided to cancel and request a refund - my husband called our sales guy on 4/11/22 and left a message. Never heard from him so I called and spoke to customer service on 4/13/22 and spoke to a woman requesting a full refund which she said will be done. On 4/24/22 - still no refund so I called the sales rep this time and he finally answers after calling twice in a row. He confirms no refund was ever issued so I asked why and he gives me an attitude and says, "Ma'am... I told you to always call me for anything so I'll take care of it for you now." I had forgotten that my husband did call him but why argue with someone who clearly doesn't care to do a good job and could care less about customers. 3) I find the sales reps really annoying constantly asking if you need help. This sales tactic is quite annoying.... I know where to find help if I need it. And when we did ask for help most of them didn't know the answers anyways. Overall I will never shop here again!!! And if you do... good luck hope you have a better experience than me.
